Frequently Asked Questions

  • Please call the office to register for the practice and make your first appointment. Follow up appointments can be scheduled through the patient portal or by calling the office.

  • Our goal is to provide hassle free and convenient health care. If something comes up, please let us know and we are happy to reschedule appointments.

  • No. The bill from your visit may be reimbursable by your insurance. Please ensure you fully understand your out of network benefits and insurance plan details prior to registering for an Innovative Care membership.

  • No.

  • All emergencies should be handled with 911 or in the emergency room.  

  • Memberships can be paid annually or quarterly. Memberships can be paid for with ACH, check, or credit card. Credit card charges will be subject to a surcharge. We cannot accept payment by Venmo, Zelle, etc.

  • You may be able to use your HSA to pay for your visits or membership. Please ensure you fully understand your Health Savings Account (HSA) details prior to registering for an Innovative Care membership.
